- We keep personal identifiers relating to a contract for 6 years after the contract has expired as required by law. Then, we will dispose of your information by deleting it.
- We keep personal identifiers used for direct marketing for as long as we have your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we will dispose of your information by deleting it.
- We may keep anonymized data indefinitely for statistical research.
Sharing your personal data and international transfers
We may use trusted third-party service providers which support our business operations to process your data.
We may also share your personal data with our Kenya office, which acts under the direction of the UK parent company to provide services to our clients.
Both are contractually obligated to process your data securely and in compliance with UK GDPR.
